Episode 10: The Highly Sensitive Person w/ Julie Bjelland

September 17, 2020

Show Notes

Are you a highly sensitive person (HSP)? Chances are either you have this magical trait or someone you know does.

Highly sensitive people make up 20% of the population and studies show that they play a very important role in society. Historically, they were the healers and guides of their tribal communities. Today, this trait has a lot of stigma surrounding it due to the fast paced hyper productive world we live in today.

On this week’s episode of Students of Mind, Jayde sits down with fellow HSP and sensitivity expert Julie Bjelland to explain the definition of HSP, how people with this trait can support themselves or find support, and why this trait should be celebrated!
